Benoit’s Design Co. Retail Return Policy

Benoit’s Design Co. items are handcrafted and made to order. Glassware and Wall Art are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items in our store must be returned to Benoit’s Design Co. within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. All items must be unused and in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of the merchandise will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.

Our items are packaged securely with special care and love from our studio. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days. We will set up a return for the damaged item and arrange for a replacement.

Please return the item(s) with your original receipt in the original packaging. Please provide your reason for your return as we strive to provide high quality products and service. Your feedback is important to us. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the items are in the original condition, we will process your refund or exchange. WHOLESALE

Benoit’s Design Co. Wholesale Policy

Benoit’s Design Co. items are handcrafted and made to order. All PO’s received will be acknowledged and scheduled for production. Our office will notify you of the production start date and request additional confirmation of your order details (quantity, color choice and sizes). Changes should be made at this time prior to production. Once production starts, we do not accept changes to the PO.

Wholesale orders cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Our items are packaged securely with special care and love from our studio.
